Beautiful, Paradise, Perfection
We went on a seven day cruise that visited many different countries. We worked with many different tour groups and this company is by far the best! They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and well hydrated as well as provide a very entertaining and educational experience. We were not prepared for the beautiful lagoon they took us to or the service that our guide Edder provided. Overall, we would recommend this company for any and every tour they do simply because they focus on making your experience flawless while giving you a unique and enjoyable time.

We went on this tour as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teensgers). The tour was very well organised and everything ran to time. Our driver and our guide (Rose) were both excellent and contributed to a very enjoyable excursion.
The ruins were fascinating with plenty to interest adults and teens. We had a brief stop on the way back to buy pineapple with chilli powder which was delicious.
I would recommend Native Choice to anybody considering a tour from Costa Maya

Best Tour Guide Ever!
Ivan Cohuo was our guide and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to understand. They kept the tour to small groups. Vans were clean and air conditioned. They provided cold water bottles throughout the tour for no charge. We stopped for fresh pineapples from the native ladies. Cold towels were provided at the end. The only downside, if there was one, would be the walk to their facility at the beginning. The walk wasn't bad, we were just hesitant about being on our own in a foreign country. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

All the experience with this tour was great, booking was fast. Finding the point where we met was easy a little long but really easy, we just followed the e-mail instructions. The road with Erick was really interesting. The visit to the Chacchoben ruins with Joel was great, he gave us a lot of facts. And the visit to the Mayan family house was awesome Doña Vicky y Don Gregorio were excellent hosts, the food was amazing. I was concerned about returning on time to the cruise but Erick just told us that it was his job to worry and our job was to enjoy, and that's what we did , we enjoyed everything . I recommend this trip!

WOW!
Wow! Just Wow! This was the highlight of our cruise. Erick, helped us book our tour, and was our tour guide as well. He was extremely knowledgeable, shared much information about the ruins, Mayans, history then and the ways of life now. The meal, prepared by Victoria, Orquidea, and Adela, of empanadas, tamales (baked in banana leaves), rice black beans, and vegetables was delishious. If you have the opportunity take this tour with Native Choice!

Great tour for a handicap person
Being handicap and having to use a mobility scooter I had problems finding a way to see Chacchoben. I contacted Ivan at Native Choice who said there would be no problem for them to arrange a tour for me and my family. He set up a private tour using a small van to transport us and my mobility scooter. Diego, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the site and Mayan culture. He was also very sensitive to my handicap and a great help in negotiating the site with my scooter. This tour was the highlight of my cruise and I recommend Native Choice to anyone disabled or not.

Amazing tour and guide!
Jasmine was our tour guide and she was amazing. Funny, personable and very generous with her knowledge of the Mayan ruins. My kids loved her and the whole experience was informative and fun. The tour was very accommodating. I highly recommend this tour. My kids ages ranged from 8-13 and all loved the experience. And the meal was amazing! Would totally book another tour again with them.

We do a lot of cruising and usually get the excursion thru the cruise lines. Not any more, we did the above trip with Native Choice and were very happy with our tour guide Rose. She is definitively a good asset to this company. We also saved over $60 pp (there was four of us). We recommend the Extreme excursion cause not only do you visit the Maya Ruins (they also had all their employees providing waters thru the walk because it was very hot that day) and then you go to a small resort called the Blue Lagoon with a very nice lunch and drinks (soda, beer & mix drinks) after for about 2.5 hrs which is included in the price. The only reason they don't get a 5 star is because you have to walk about ten blocks from the pier to their office when you get off the ship. They will return you closer to the pier after the tour... So yes I recommend them and trust their service. Thank you Native Choice for making us a return customer!
