There are bathrooms at the entrance. This tour will stop at the service area for a few minutes for our guests to use the bathrooms and from there everyone will get back on the vehicle for a short ride to the ruins. There's a considerable walking distance from the service area to where the bathrooms are (same place where they sell the entrance tickets).
