Fantastic tour of Chacchoben

The Native Choice staff was wonderful and able to remedy the travel agent mix up with our tickets. They found room on the Chacchoben tour for us. David was so knowledgeable about the history of the site. Freddy, the bus driver, helped keep us hydrated. Would definitely use this company again!

Wonderful Experience

Our guide, Rosie, stayed with us the entire tour and was very knowledgeable. We went to a Mayan family's house and made our own tamales and tortillas. They served us an excellent lunch, too.
Then Rosie and our driver escorted us to Seven Color Lagoon which has brackish water that is surrounded, in the distance, by nature. The beach was private and delightful.

Best adventure of the cruise

Eliot is the BEST!!!!!!! We learned so much about the Mayan culture in the van ride. They got us there in 45m and it went by so fast.
Our 2 year old did great on the kayaks. The water was stunning. The food was yummy. Thanks for a great trip.

AWESOME TOUR

Tour Driver, Carlos/Charlie, was a professional driver who made sure to get us to each location safely and on time! Tour guide, Eddar, was very knowledgeable on the ruins and made it a great experience! The 7 color lagoon was a stunning and relaxing resort with DELICIOUS food. I had to get 3rds it was so good! Had a great experience and would 100% do it again!

Do not hesitate on booking with this company.

First, we were over 30 minutes late checking in at the tour hub at the port (totally our fault). The attendant said “no problem” and got us transportation, as we had missed ours. Our driver was Edgar and our tour guide was Eliza. We had a beautiful clean and cool vehicle to transport us to the lagoon. Throughout the drive Eliza talked about the history of the area and taught us about a lot of the native wildlife. Once we arrived to the lagoon the facilities and location were absolutely breathtaking. We were secluded and could enjoy the spectacular views. The kayak tour was great. Easy paddling and Eliza was extremely accommodating with the varying levels of kayaking experience. The mangroves were beautiful. Once we arrived back, we had the most amazing lunch prepared by locals. In 100% honesty, I could eat those tacos and salsa everyday for the rest of my life and be extremely happy. The ingredients were so fresh and flavourful. The drinks were very good too. We brought our own snorkel gear and we enjoyed swimming with the fish just off of the end of the cabana all afternoon. It was such a beautiful and relaxing day. Don’t hesitate to book with this company, the experience was incredible.

Best shore excursion by far

Our driver Edgar and guide Diego "Mex" took us to the ruins, explained everything and showed us around.
After that we visited the Seven Color Lagoon where our host Elina and her team prepared delicious tacos and drinks.
It is really nice that the resort is now Native-Choice-exclusive. ;-)
