The trip was absolutely wonderful!
My fiancee and I went on an excursion to the Dzibanche ruins on Sept. 8, 2009, and I just had to write to say Thank You! The trip was absolutely wonderful! Our guide, David, was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were only six people in our group, and we were the only tourists at the site. We were able to climb to the top of the temple and enjoy an amazing view. Actually, that's where my fiancee proposed to me! We even had some extra time, so David took us to another site.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend your company to anyone. Thank you again for an amazing trip, and for providing an epic setting for our engagement!

What A GIFT!
Dear Ivan,
We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our Chacchoben Ruin tour, but the highlight for us was the Mayan Experience that came along with it. What "A GIFT" you gave us, one we will treasure forever! I can't begin to tell you what a humbling experience it was. The family could not possibly have been any more hospitable or friendly to us and the food~~it was incredible! We were so impressed by your knowledge, the compassion you have for Costa Maya and your people and the personal touch you add to the experience. We have add you and your people to our prayer list here in the USA and we wish you continued success with your company, just don't get so big that it takes the heart or personal feelings out of it.
Funny thing about our cruise experience~~this was our 5th one and the only time the cruise was secondary to an excursion! We have shared our excited for the Mayan Experience over and over with family and friends before we even talk about the cruise itself!
Again, "Thank You" for the gift of your culture that you shared and allowed us to be apart of!!!

This is the best Tour you will find.
This is the best Tour you will find.
This is not a tour that is the same week in and week out. This Tour is your Tour everyone is different. The food is awesome. Timing is better than Cruise Ship Tours and cheaper.
You will be surprised with the quality of this Tour. You will not go wrong! Cruise # 11 I look for cheaper and better deals.
This one is still #1 in my book.

Very personal and informative!
This tour is so superior to tours offered by the cruise line. Our group was 11 people. Very personal slow paced well informative.
Our group was the only tourist at the ruins, when we were finished and headed back to the van there was huge buses everywhere in the parking lot. We were way ahead of the game. The only people seeking a tip were at the rest stop bathroom.

We enjoyed our excursion tremendously.

By far the highlight of our trip.
The Tour was by far the highlight of our trip. First, we visited the Chacchoben Maya Ruins then had wonderful lunch and experienced the modern day Mayan life. Ivan was a wealth of knowledge.
The movement toward sustainability in the US could benefit greatly from the everyday practices of these beautiful people.

Thank you so much for such a memorable day touring the ruins and being hosted by such beautiful ladies. We loved the history and culture and the way you so graciously presented it. The food was out of this world. I cannot imagine a better way to experience the Mayan culture. We bought chili powder in Cozumel and have been eating it on our fruit and spicing our food.
We will definitely recommend you and Native Tours to everyone heading that way. Again, thank you for sharing your personal history with us. It was very special. Hope to come back one day.
