A Most Informative Guide

Hugo and Miguel were such pleasant and informative guides. We learned SO much about the Mayan culture and the history of the area as well as the flora and fauna and how they were used. We felt we got excellent value for the cost. We were also impressed with the efficiency of the company, the quality of the vans and the small number of the people in the tour.

Best Tour Ever

This is a must-do tour. Our guide, Al, was extremely knowledgeable regarding the history, botany and geology of the area. She made the time pass too quickly! Lunch at a Mayan home was excellent even if I did not do a great job of making tortilias! A very good value for the money

The best day of our Cruise

Wir hatten großes Glück mit unserem Reiseleiter Hugo, der uns während der Fahrt viel über die frühe und jüngste Geschichte der Majas berichtet hat und mit dem Fahrer Emilie, der uns flott aber sicher zu den Ruinen gefahren hat und rechtzeitig die Rückfahrt unternahm, so dass wir ohne Probleme das Schiff erreichen konnten. Die frühe Abfahrt in den Kleinbussen mit 10 Mitreisenden ermöglichte ein Eintreffen bei den Ruinen bevor die großen Reisebusse der Kreuzfahrtschiffe ankamen. So haben wir die Ruinen fast für uns alleine genießen können. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war der Besuch bei den Majafrauen mit denen wir Tortillas herstellen und essen durften. Insgesamt der beste Tag unserer Reise. Viele Grüße an Hugo und Emelie.

Incredible Excursion

Jose was the guide and he was very knowledgeable and interesting. One of the things I enjoyed was that
Jose gave the group of 26 enough time to view the ruins on their own. This gave the group plenty of time to take photos. We did not feel rushed. I highly recommend this tour.

Outstanding Tour Guide - lucky me!

I was so fortunate to have Hugo Villagómez Villalobos as tour guide leader for our tour to the Chacchoben mayan ruins. Hugo was so well informed, organized and gave us such in depth information on everything. Hugo was so thorough, polite and kept the group moving at a perfect pace. He was able to answer all our questions and left us with such an appreciation of the Mayan culture and civilization.

Highlight of our cruise!

The tour to Dzibanche was absolutely the highlight of our cruise! Our guide, Alondra, and our amazing driver made every second of our shore excursion incredible. Alondra was very knowledgeable about the area, Mayan and Mexican culture, and the history of the ruins. She was interesting and entertaining. Our driver took great care of us hauling water, umbrellas, and lending a helping hand as we climbed up and down the temples. I can't say enough about how amazing this company and it's people are! Thank you for exceeding our expectations in every way. :)
