A remarkable tour

This was a remarkable tour. Thank you so much for taking us on this tour, definitely among the more memorable moments we had in the Caribbean.

We learned alot about Mexico, Costa Maya, and the Mayan culture, as well as the Chacchoben ruins.

I will definitely be recommending anyone visiting Costa Maya to book through you guys. I heard that people who booked the excursion through the cruise ship weren't thrilled with the ruins. There were even people from other tours who had to come up and ask Ivan questions about the significance of the place as they were not being told about the site.

I wanted to thank David for your wonderful tour of the ruins.

This was the highlight of our cruise and port excursions.

We almost didn't book because we don't like to feel herded. We definintely did not on this trip.

Your knowledge of the Mayan culture and all of the nature surrounding the area was top notch.

It was so nice to feel welcome to ask any and all questions and have someone who could answer them all.

I will definitely be praising this tour and will be looking for additional tours you provide for up coming visits.

Your professionalism was outstanding and hospitatality warming.

Fantastic tour of the ruins

Very informative and never boring

Just wanted to drop you a line and say how much my family enjoyed the tour given by Eliu(spelling might be wrong).

He did a wonderful job for us. We had a big group and never felt rushed.

His information about the site and Mayan culture was very informative and never boring.

Keep up the good work, and don't grow too big. It's the personal touch we enjoyed so much. I will definitely come back some day and do it again.

The best tour ever

Ivan's stories were the highlight of the trip

Our tour with Ivan went far beyond an identification and explanation of the ruins.

Ivan is able to provide an insight into the lives of Mayans that brings history alive. My children were fascinated as Ivan explained what the ruins looked like when he was a child and where he played hide and seek. Ivan described how the structures fit into daily life and simply brought the culture and the landscape into focus. This was not like other tours! Ivan, himself, is a fascinating individual who blends tradition and the modern world. His stories were the highlight of the trip for myself and my children.

We are grateful to have spent time in Chacchoben!

Very professional and intimate tour

Dear Ivan and David,

Thank you so very much for a very professional and intimate tour of the Chacchoben Ruins. We visited Costa Maya on the MS Miracle in January, and were very impressed with the excellent tour that you provided for us.

We learned so very much about the Mayan culture, the Yucatan, and the ruins during our tour.
We really appreciated the nearly new passenger van that you used, and the speaker system that allowed those of us at the back to hear your wonderful narration as we drove.

There were six in our group (compared to 50-60 on other tours) which made it very easy for any of us to ask questions during the ride to the ruins.

We would highly recommend your tour to anyone who wants more than just a look at the ruins.
